some issues
poor service chaotic breakfast
i found the room below expectations given the price i paid! i expected more for what i spent. the breakfast service felt chaotic. getting coffee was a struggle because there was only one coffee machine and one waiter for many guests!

helpful staff central location
i found the staff very helpful and kind . the hotel is centrally located, and everything is accessible. i especially liked that the pools and gardens are beautiful and spacious.
the air conditioning in my room was quite loud. towels were changed only once during my six-night stay. a single set of complimentary toiletries was provided, not sufficient for the duration.

The breakfast included many options. It was hard to try everything because there were so many choices. i liked the thai desserts that were available. They seemed really authentic.

the gardens were beautifully maintained it was a very relaxing setting.
the rooms definitely need to be updated everything looks old i found only one free outlet in the entire room i was frustrated.

Fantastic Stay at a Beachside Oasis!

I had a wonderful time. The spa was very comfy and tidy. I enjoyed a full body massage and a spa package that included a scrub, massage, and mini facial. Both pools feature warm water and jacuzzis. The garden pool has a swim-up bar (a perfect spot for a midday drink).
I noticed only one minor issue. There could have been more electrical outlets in the room. As a solo traveler, I constantly swapped plugs to charge my phone or use the kettle.

The resort boasts excellent access to the main road and beach. Many restaurants and markets are within walking distance. The hotel provides a calm, quiet environment despite its proximity to bustling areas.

The staff was cute and often adjusted drinks based on our preferences. Jeen also helped me reach the airport during a busy festival.

i loved the breakfast at the resort! the selection had a wide variety of dishes. i especially enjoyed starting my mornings with a delicious meal overlooking the ocean. the hotel staff goes above and beyond to.!!
the hotel could use a refurb. repairs are needed everywhere. i had to ask for my room to be cleaned on a couple of occasions. i returned at 4pm and beds were still not made!!!

A Tender Escape
easy access attentive staff fantastic upgrade
The location was ideal, providing easy access to the Main Street and the serene beach. I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. The assistant manager May secured a fantastic upgrade. The villa's proximity to the pool created a special stay.
The thin walls meant I could hear my neighbors. I found this disruption affected relaxation.
